Good food, lovely place for lunch or a special occasion.

Ok food is hit and miss

So disappointed with our first visit. Our drinks arrived with plenty of it dribbling down the glass including the red wine, the window was open making the room very cold and the non beef gravy was the most unusual yellow colour. The lamb was incredibly tough and all the veg and potatoes had clearly been kept warm too long. They did offer to remake the dishes which was appreciated, however it of course couldn’t be fresh with it being a roast so we declined. Advertised as the best roast in Northampton...we would definitely disagree. Have had much better and will not be returning.

Greens is a great venue for a Wedding or special occasion. They have very good food and a beautiful venue over the well maintained golf course and surrounding countryside.

Good all round place to eat Nice views from restaurant

My three friends and I visited your restaurant yesterday for lunch. On arrival we were most surprised to find a very long table full of trophies looking us in the eye. None of the tables had been set for lunch and the whole restaurant looked very sparse. There were only two other guests and we assumed they were golfers sitting at the other end of the restaurant. The waitress asked us to wait until the table had been set and then produced two very crumbled up menus for us to choose from. She apologised for this and informed us she couldn't find any others as the Christmas menus would be out next week. Whilst sitting having our lunch a gentleman appeared with two lovely boxes of plants who informed us they were for the ladies in the evening and we could on,y assume it was a presentation evening for the golfers. The food was only average and my friends chicken was over cooked. I have to say it was a very disappointing lunch and perhaps you were more concerned about the evening function than your lunchtime guests. We have visited your restaurant on several occasions and sincerely hope that when one of my friends and also my husband visit for their Christmas lunch everything will have greatly improved.

Excellent Sunday lunch and a refreshing change from pub style restaurants. Great value for money; highly recommended
